Right now we're experimenting with higher dosages, so nothing is changing at the moment. Adding oregano oil to the maintenance stack is very effective, yes. It does improve fungistatic/fungicidal activity both immediately and over time. It's an option for those that wish to go above and beyond.

For an average person without the gene defects (familial candidiasis) the standard maintenance protocol will be enough, but for people who have deeper CNS infections of the nerves, joints or brain it's a good idea to continue with oregano oil into maintenance until joint and nerve symptoms subside, or as additional preventative maintenance.
