Acceptance of benefits is consent to be ruled.
Hence, render unto caesar that which is caesars, and to God that which is Gods.
Read Genesis 1 again.
Notice there are no nations.

Should Caesar change the terms of the agreement without consent, then Caesar renders that agreement null & void and is liable for damages.
If you are not a Man as defined in Genesis 1:26, I have nothing for you.And does Genesis define men as citizens? Your making no sense.
Quote Genesis 1 whete you see any mention of citizens.
Confusion is a cop-out.
