This week, a substitute teacher in New Jersey was arrested and charged with multiple counts of child endangerment and one count of lewdness for two separate inappropriate incidents that allegedly occurred within the classroom.

According to PIX11, Nutley police arrested 58-year-old Richard Dunn on Tuesday after a video emerged online allegedly showing him masturbating in front of students at his desk at Nutley High School on March 11th.
