Triple vaccinated mum, 40, dies of Covid with friends and family left to support young children

A40-year-old woman who tragically died from coronavirus has left behind four children and three of these are now being looked after by a network of friends and family. The mother had been vaccinated twice and also received her booster before dying at home, two weeks after testing positive for the virus.

Danielle Davey, from Queen's Park, left behind four children who are aged 4, 9, 12 and 17. Before coronavirus Danielle, known as Dee by friends and family, had suffered from asthma and had some difficulty with her breathing. Two weeks after testing positive for the virus she was coughing up blood and on the same day she noticed the blood she had a fatal heart attack at home which is understood to have been triggered by the virus.

Her three youngest children are now with her sister Michelle. Tristan, 4, doesn't know what happened to his mum and doesn't understand that she's not coming home.
