The people behind the bill are criminals unfit to be in office. Like joe biden they are attacking the will of the voters. All hell is unleashed in the usa due to massive corruption and fraud.

Kristi Noem did this in South Dakota. Voters approved Amendment A. She sued to nullify it over a technicality. Some members of the republican legislature wanted to support the will of the voters but not enough.

Even if you pass an initiative or measure the legislature can gut the entire thing if they want. That's why they originally went with an amendment.

Bottom line, RINOs don't like marijuana. You have to deal with their bullshit or vote democrat, which is worse.
