The Red Cross has civilian deaths in Donetsk and Luhansk as 13,700 which were done by Ukraine’s government

Media only reports the side they want. Unfortunately most of the non brainwashed world knows the civilian deaths ratio is about 1:14 right now with Ukraine as the butcher of their own people and Ukraine now using their own people as human shields to fight after spending years killing them
