Give Peace A Chance concert, 2022

If I was able, I would put together a concert featuring music groups similar to “Live Aid” back in 1985.

Its aim would be to deescalate the current war-tensions between Russia and the West Via music.

I would like to add the last 2 surviving Beatles (Paul and Ringo) as well as John’s son; Julian, to the list of musicians I would like to see in the venue. They could sing: “Give peace a chance” and other famous groups could join in... along with the million or more concert goers in attendance. I think “Back in the USSR” may help defuse some of the tensions between the Russians and the West. “All You Need Is Love” would be another song they could play.


Bob Dylan could do “Blowing in the wind” and “Knock knock on heaven's door.”

Cat Stevens could do: “Peace train” and “Where Do the Children Play.“

“What a wonderful world” and “What The World Needs Now“ could be sung by a children's choir.

Etc.

You get my drift... music to heal a world filled with hate.

No politicians or political ideology allowed.

Peace and good vibes would be the main objective.

Perhaps all the countries in the world that spend many billion$ each year on their military armaments, could find a billion (or two) to bring this idea to pass… but probably not. I still think it’s an idea who’s time has come.

I'm putting this out into the universe because our world needs this right now. I want nothing more than world peace and a future for my children and my children’s children. I know like-minded souls only want the same.
