He dropped out of school in Mexico at age 13 and joined the Sinaloa Cartel, eventually successfully running one of the gang's human smuggling teams, before he realized he is really a woman. That's not acceptable in Mexican gangs, so he fled to the U.S., hoping to get the President to let him in and pay for his transition.
Manuel, now known as "Abril," got much more, however. His...Sorry, HER, case attracted Biden's attention, and he thought she would make a great Supreme Court Justice.
Biden is considering issuing a Presidential Order, firing Justice Clarence Thomas. "Come on, man, how important can he be? He's a black dude!" White House Communications said the President never said that, passing out a general pre-printed "walk-back" statement, that Biden later said never happened, saying the real reason for Thomas's firing was that he was spending too much time on his rap career, and lied about being in the hospital recently.
The White House Communications department then followed up distributing the same general walk-back statement before having Biden sedated, supplied with ice cream, and put in front of a television running an episode of "Murder, She Wrote."
