Skinny may or may not equal healthy, but overweight is definitely unhealthy.

Sorry for her but ...... why would anyone put that in their bodies. I work construction and my company gave a 500 dollar bonus if you got it. I was on a job and a coworker asked me hey did you get your 500 bucks. I said from what. Then he told me. I said no my life's worth more than 500 bucks to me. Kind of ended that conversation lol. Even though I'm against it. I still had to do my own due diligence. I'm down 50 pounds. I eat healthy and I'm getting ripped . Workout everyday and take a ton of vitamins. I did have a little scare at work. I was leaving to go to the gym. I thought my heart was jumping out my chest. Long story short my left pec spasm off and on for 3 days. I rested for 2 days. Ate afew extra calories and drank a ton of liquid electrolytes. I was just pushing lifting and diet too hard for to long. But I was scared for a minute . Health is important. You can't buy it if you lose it.
