Despite being broke and at war, they managed to make their payments on time.... but who does the money go to? Because the US has given them millions (maybe a billion) just recently. And I'm gonna just make a stab in the dark but I wouldn't be surprised if this is a way of laundering money from US thru the Ukraine and into the private lenders who are none other than our government. So they would get to pocket tax payer cash.
