I just watched the video, and I am going to make this for dinner tonight! Not using hot dogs because I don't eat them. I will be using sausage so it should taste even better.

I've been watching her for a couple of years now. Those in her era were quite smart and innovative. It was a difficult time in the 30s back then.

Clara has passed down helpful information to many. There is a way to feed more people than you thought on whatever rations/ingredients you have available...those folks thought outside the box.

And a lot of these recipes had meat protein too. Hamburger, organ meat or hot dogs went in places in recipes where no man/woman had gone before. And to make it all tasty...Clara knows the secret sauce.

Well, I made it for dinner last night. I messed it up by using too much oil so the whole thing was way too greasy. I think the sausage I used didn't help.

It was kinda tasty, but I sure didn't go back for seconds.

On a scale of 1-10 I rate it a 5.

Like I said, my cooking is not great! I am sure someone else could have done a much better job but it was edible.

Hot dogs are fucking cancer. No wonder that generation had so many fucking new health problems they passed to their ugly kids
