:rere23:  Russia's nuclear capability is much newer and more up to date than that of the US, whereas the US hasn't tested their stuff since the 1970s, have made no improvements, and have no idea whether they'll even work. This has been attested two in interviews given publicly the last few weeks by a couple different military analysts. I have listened to the same interview. The analyst even claimed that the US has almost none ICBMs with multiple warheads unlike Russia with most of theirs equipped with up to 12 warheads. Obama had all the multiple warhead missiles disassembled. Also the analyst claimed that Russia has a different first strike doctrine. Russia plans on winning the first strike whereas the US plans on avoiding an atomic war. So he claims that Russia's atomic weapons are more geared for first strike capabilities than the US arsenal.
