It works almost too well, to the point that I had to actually eat some carbs because I was going hypoglycemic! Quoting: BoatyMcBoatface Even with the carbs (about 15 grams), my blood sugar peaked at 124 mg/dL, and was down to 115 mg/dL about 1.5 hours later. I have been adding it to my coffee because caffeine spikes my blood sugar. The first time I tried it, my blood sugar only increased by about 10 points after a pot of coffee. Today, it only increased by 5 points. I'm pretty thrilled to have discovered this. It is tasteless and I could also add it to my tea that helps keep my blood pressure normal, but won't since I'm having it with my coffee. I quit eating all the damn time and mine is gone, it took about 3 weeks. I allot 4-6 hours each day where I can eat. I try to stay low carb but sometimes don't and I'm still good as long as I don't graze all day. So I do 18-20 hour fast each day. a good chunk of it is while I sleep. Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit upon his hands, hoist the black flag and begin slitting throats |

I also had a teaspoon of this chromium stuff immediately after the popcorn. My blood sugar peaked at 154 mg/dL. It has been hovering there 1.5 hours later. That could mean it peaked a little higher and is on the way down.
