There is so much of interest with this topic. First it's my perception that an elitist knowledge of this instrument of whatever type it actually is, the existence and use, explains the conduct of upper level elitist policies that has no connected reasoning and no fear of failure. Without knowing what the forward steps and consequences are it would seem to me that much greater caution would prevail in their course.

Second there is the announcement and the assignment of actual dates of events. That is extremely peculiar since if there is failure to occur the credibility of the entire production if you want to call it that, falls even dissolves to nothing. Some caveats that hover in the background are the Donald Rumsfeld statements of 2.3 trillion dollars in unaccounted for transactions. The destruction of the pentagon's accounting office on 9/11. The destruction of the accounting information regarding the Enron investigation and others in building 7 World Trade on the same day. No one does a thing like that unless the future is known with strong assurance. Once you accept that premise the many pieces here begin to slide together making much, much more sense. There are some rumors that the war in Iraq had nothing to do with WMD but had to do with the recovery of a looking glass apparatus that they did not want to fall into anyone's hands but theirs. The pattern makes perfect sense, crazy but the whole thing is crazy. So if anyone can fill in the blanks have at it.
