Sky news does have a cool sounding instrumental sound in between half hour breaks.. They were the only one live with a reporter on the cluster bomb attack at the train station just after it happened.. They reported the remaining tail fin of a cluster bomb with (For the children) written on it.. that sounds and looks supicious
