Very cool live feed and yeah, am fully expecting to see pair or more of twister sisters coming out of that cell.

Few minutes ago someone launching a drone in a touch-n-go one.

OK, one of the teams out chasing were just showing how passenger w/ some Star Trekky type of virtual reality goggles. He was navigating drone.

And to think that my late hubby and me were lucky if we could snap a pic on disposable camera when we went out chasing.

Growing up in Arkansas, saw twin twisters several times.

Swear to gawd I'm gonna' build my root cellar this summer. It'll double for a bunker. NC tornadoes drop in middle of the night for some reason.

We had them come through central Florida many years ago and one hit a trailer park very near to where I worked. They closed most of the roads, and when my friend asked one of the officers why he said that there were bodies in the trees!

Looked like size of grapefruits!! That shit kills cattle, hell any kind of livestock if caught out w/out shelter.

That actually happened right as I posted this thread. Dude on the ground was crazy excited. GoPros and drones, they were going for it.

Ryan said earlier that this episode is the start of bigger event. Huge snow amounts up in the Dakotas. What a wild spring so far.

Lamar, Knoxville getting ready to get hit by super cell soon.

Anyone traveling on I-40 is not gonna' be happy in that area.

One of the chasers is somewhere in OK and the storm on his horizon is beyond huge!

The super cell west of Russellville is worrying since it's now dark. I-40 corridor is getting hammered.

North of Little Rock, gettin' hammered and the highest warning has been issued from authorities.

West of Little Rock, another cell approaching.

Prayers goin' out for all out there dealing w/ this, especially at night time.

Amazing.

These storms are producing some of the largest hail for sustained lengths of time.

Insurance adjusters are hating this shit right now.

The I40 exit at Mayflower is blocked by trees, and that's the same place that got hit a few years ago. It followed Hwy 89
across and went through Cato which is only a couple of miles north of me. I never saw the tornado but it's too early for reports. a tornado was sighted on base at the Little Rock Air Force Base, a few miles away and then the whole thing moved east. I'm not sure how Cabot fared. They were calling it a "tornado Emergency" and not a tornado warning.
It's all over but the shouting now. I checked the storm shelter to see if there was any room left, and it had enough room if I'd seen or HEARD a tornado. If you've never heard a tornado, you don't know what you've missed. It's like standing a few feet away from a RR track and having a freight train pass you at about 80mph. It is loud.

Yes, I have and never want to be that close to an F4. That fucker happened over near RDU airport in Raleigh on late Thanksgiving Sunday night. Our weather at 11pm never mentioned anything about storms.

Damn thing stayed on the ground for over 80 miles thru' four counties and came w/in a mile of my farm. By time it hit my area, it was just after 1am and my late hubby was trying to wake me up in case we had to bug out quick.

What's goin' on over in Arkansas right now is not gonna' subside so folks east of Little Rock are in for a really long night of fucked up weather.

Can't believe the hail reports. Tornadoes are pinpoint damage normally but hail is so widespread across large area.

OK, one of Ryan's guys is talkin now and saying that Wednesday is gonna' be bad. About 100 million folks from New Orleans up to Chicago will be in high risk zone for this type of weather.

Sounds like what happened to me 3 or 4 years ago. an F4 came within about a mile (and the tornado path was over a mile wide, 2 in places) and it was on the ground for 40 or 50 miles. I was living in Altus at the time. It killed a young woman living in a mobile home about 1.5 or 2 miles N of me. It killed several other people. It was really loud. It sounded like it was right outside the house. It came across the Arkansas River and continued on, NE. It looked like a huge lawnmower was cutting down trees in a mile wide swath.
