Fuck it, I'm staying home, 20y in IT as coder at Microsoft then one of the biggest banks. My last year, CEO came and said: we need to hire 50 woman to our IT team, and we only had 5 woman aplicants. He aslosaid we don't have enough black guys, but 95% of our black applicants could not pass drug/weed test that was implemented by the same stupid CEO.

I finally live my life, go to church, drive my car, drink and laugh at all the vaxed assholes, that take it for their job not for their health, fuck them all.

i am highly skilled and trained in my field but it would be degrading to me as a human being to participate in this clown show.

If I hadn't been disabled with the attempted murder/spinal cord injury, I would have bee working for another 10 years.

I tried for a year but it was too dangerous.

For 5-6 years I was doing the work of 2 electrical/electronic engineers, but actually covering, incorporating and using skills and experience in multiple trades, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, computer PLC, HVAC, motor drives, process control.

Diagnosing and repairing complex equipment with limited documents including obsolete.

The last position was a high volume printing company doing $375 mil in production yearly, and I kept that ONE facility in production on 12 hour midnight shifts, myself, for ANYTHING "electrical". Often 15 hour shifts and
80 hour weeks, where I tried to fool myself I could work my way out of the doom my ex spent us into.

I was already driving a 40 year old beater I could have made run forever. (Dodge Dart).

In order to retain a job in a contracting industry, you must wear "multiple hats".

I'm SO happy to have been taken out of employment by the attempted murder and disability determination.

My former employers have seen reduced production, with increased waste and equipment malfunction downtime since I left the workforce,

I can only say, "Good!"

That's your choice.

If I am employed to minimize or solve YOUR production problems, but I cannot afford to solve my own, then you deserve the full measure of lost production.
