Experts say those men are “missing” from the labor force for several reasons, ranging from reduced job opportunities for the less educated to the effect of the opioid epidemic and the improvement of video games.  . Fuck it, I'm staying home, 20y in IT as coder at Microsoft then one of the biggest banks. My last year, CEO came and said: we need to hire 50 woman to our IT team, and we only had 5 woman aplicants. He aslosaid we don't have enough black guys, but 95% of our black applicants could not pass drug/weed test that was implemented by the same stupid CEO. I finally live my life, go to church, drive my car, drink and laugh at all the vaxed assholes, that take it for their job not for their health, fuck them all. . .
