Bill Gates used his TED2022 key note speech to float his action plan for preventing another pandemic.

Gates addressed the anti-vaccine protesters outside the event in Vancouver as "weird" and "somewhat ironic."

He said that, despite the false myths about him creating the pandemic, his foundation has "helped save millions of lives."
