If people download it, the Govt will say that they downloaded child porn.
But, the Government would have to prove that the person on the laptop was a "child". Example: It is said that Hunter Biden's niece is on the video, naked, with him. She would have been 14 years old at the time.
So, will they admit that Hunter was committing incest with his underage niece?
