The Bible states that it's appointed unto men once to die and then the judgement. Thus there is no reincarnation according to scripture. You're allowed to say that I'm just stating my opinion if you want to, but then you're obligated to do the same thing. What's your factual, proveable basis for asserting that your two statements are "true"? |

What's your factual, proveable basis for asserting that your two statements are "true"? Where is your proof? Just because it’s in the Bible doesn’t make it true. The Bible has been mistranslated and edited numerous times. Your KJV is hardly the original. One cannot prove either argument to be true. It’s all based on reference texts, experiences and belief. Reincarnation is referenced by many and far older religions than Christianity. Eternal damnation or heaven all based on one single lifetime is insanely illogical. One could have been raised by horrible people, or only exposed to immoral systems of belief. What about those born into different cultures and religions, having never known the Bible or Jesus? How does one get into “heaven” if one has not undergone the Christian rights of passage, communion, or any atonement? Religion is a human construct that is laden with corruption and hypocrisy. Again, where is your proof? And quoting a book is not proof. |
