Tipping BEFORE you get your order is fucking retarded. Tipping is a measure of customer service to the customer. Arrive quickly with food piping hot, get fat tip. Arrive late with food ice cold, get ZERO tip.
That is the whole concept of tipping.

So it's a no win situation for either side. They should add an option to refund the tip or get a discount for a future order if you have a complaint over a bad delivery.
