it's time to introduce anti-tipping. you pay zero extra and if they don't deliver well, charge them!  Can't force an independent contractor to take a job. They aren't employees. If you want to be a cheapskate then change out of your jammies into some proper clothes and go drive to pickup your own food like an adult. i said nothing about forcing them. do a chargeback for bad service. put on your jammies like a baby and go back to facebook. .
