I took 1 65mg pill per day. They also helped with fatigue. She might want to take them for a short time then stop taking them since too much iron is not good either. |

Quoting: WhiskeyBunker How she is starting to lose hair in clumps. Anyone else experience this? Yes my unvaxxed sister is going through this right now. Her family had COVID around Thanksgiving. Not sure what part of COVID is causing it (persistent fevers stressing the system? spike protein? who knows). But it's common to lose a LOT of hair starting several months after COVID (or the vax, depending). This can last up to six months, but from what I've read things start to improve after that. Also I thought I saw somewhere that ivermectin CAN be helpful, so that might be worth looking into. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79490035 Everytime I ran my hands through my hair, I remember my laptop would be covered in hairs and I genuinely thought I was going bald at 35. Then around November/December I realized that it wasn't falling out anymore and by January my hair was 100% full again. you did not have covid.. maybe a rona or flu but no covid. Did your alien jesus tell you that all is one is all? |

It took me 6-7 months to return to normal. I started taking collagen and it has really helped. Many people I have spoken with said hair loss happened to them also, but everyone given time, gets better. Please get her to add collagen to her diet. Quoting: Light Bulb THIS |
