I am going to go out on a limb here and hypothesize that targeted individuals have some skill or ability that is of interest to the government and for this reason, they are testing the TI for a job in the field of intelligence analysis working for one of the three-letter agencies (e.g., CIA, NSA, FBI, NRO). Don’t they try to “break” you first? This is what I believe is happening; they are testing your ability to withstand various types of psychological torture. In my case, my parents told me that when I was younger, I would notice the tiniest things, such as a small bug on the ceiling, that no one else would see until they were right up on it. She said I would notice these things quickly and would get upset if they weren’t dealt with right away. That being said, I feel like I’m stuck in a real-life simulation of one of those “spot the differences” games and I’m utterly depressed about it. I just want OUT of the simulation. I actually did try to cut my wrists last summer and the damn knife wouldn’t work—I mean, WTF? I also ended up shaving my head. It's unreal.

I used to think that it was the Australian Government doing it to me too, but I realized that the Australian Government is just as useless as every other Government and whoever has this capability goes way beyond what a normal Government can do.

This is ET or "God" tech for lack of a better descriptor. Whoever does this can freeze the entire world in time, (Like a person playing "The Sims" pressing pause.) edit things in and out of whatever "computer/MMPOG server" is running SimEarth and really root people in ways most people wouldn't understand.

Sure there's some quasi Government aspects, but the quasi Government aspects are the more useless capabilities of this system.

Once you see people as interchangeable AI running different difficulty levels for some sort of game played by aliens this gang stalking thing starts to make sense...

A number of these people might be simply mentally ill, but
I would bet that more than a few are not.
