This world is too technologically advanced for any other answer. Artificial intelligence, quantum computing, nanotech, bioweapons labs, deep underground military bases, chimeras, space, energy weapons.
Military is the only way. Literally, if you come to any other conclusion you are either insane or have not completed your analysis yet. One of those options is okay, but keep this in mind, military winning cannot be rushed. For example, can you imagine how many deep fakes the cabal already planted like dead man switches?
After WWII, militaries built up their nuclear arsenals in order to deter one another from a first strike. That phenomenon is not limited to nuclear weapons, but rather extends to all advanced weapons.
