No mask mandate here since the end of March. It was very disconcerting to see an adult be afraid of some interpersonal interaction.

I am in NYC and even though there are no mandates people are still wearing masks alone in vehicles, riding bikes, jogging, walking, even with nobody else around. i went hiking upstate and saw people alone in the woods wearing a mask. one couple walked past me on the trail and ducked down covering there head with there arms while walking past me.

When I peak over the bathroom stall door and I see a liberal wearing a mask all by himself I can't help but laugh at them.

Bike riders and jogger/runners in cities, due to pollution or spring allergies. This makes reasonable sense because the particulates are large.

People from very polluted cities often in Asia. Asians in NYC have worn masks forever while they work in the street , or wear a bandana.

It's just glaringly annoying now to those of us who wouldn't either jog, run, or wear a mask doing so after 2020.

So it's not all new and not everyone will stop using them. It's MANDATING the use we must defend against.
