HOSPITALIZATION for covid isn't really helping covid patients to recover

Only 29% of hospitalised COVID-19 patients fully well one year on: Study

Not even one in three people have completely recovered from COVID-19 a full year after being hospitalised with the disease, a United Kingdom study indicated on Sunday (Apr 24), warning that long COVID could become a common condition.

The study involving more than 2,300 people also found that women were 33 per cent less likely to fully recover than men.

It also found that obese people were half as likely to fully recover, while those who needed mechanical ventilation were 58 per cent less likely.

It's so painfully obvious that hospital protocols are a failure at best, but more likely detrimental.

Also, how many of these people is vaccinated? I'm sure that would be telling. deadhorse

There are ways to lower viral load and stop cytokine storms that many of us known, so why are the not standard of hospital care?

My spouse was in the hospital for 12 days. Was released with oxygen. Was off oxygen 36 hours after being home and started recuperating.
