Think of it like Quantum Physics and Relativity Physics. They both exist here and are observed even though they both contradict the other. Meaning there is as of yet no unifying field theory.

We are similar to this as we are dual beings.. more like astronauts - spirits in the material world. We come from the inner world visiting with our space suits (physical bodies) and are here to help transmute darkness to light.

Think of all the inventions that have helped mankind. These inventions all have to start with ideas, thoughts, imaginations which cannot exist in the physical world but only in the non-physical world where we hail from (within).
