It's pure vindictive fishing. She spent 2+ years and more than $80 million in tax payer money to try and get something to stick. This fine on Trump isn't because he's guilty of the crime she claims, it's because they're saying Trump's company didn't provide certain documents they asked for. It's all a charade, because libtards feast on fantasy bullshit non-stop. Correct. They are asking for documents that don’t exist.
