I am with high anxiety and OCD. Life is pretty messed up and I am fed up of life.

OCD is like a prison mind

There's Karafin in Mt Kisco NY

And The Smith School in NYC

USMC their campus is located at Camp Lejune In Louisiana.

The school of hard knocks. Take them to boxing class that will knock the anxiety out of them real quick.

Anxiety/OCD isn't a diagnosed disorder it's a learned behavior.

What you put in is what you get out.

Clean up their diets, quit creating a stressful home environment - it all started somewhere, and it's almost always from the home. Get them off of drugs, sugar, caffeine.

Is your TV on 24/7? Don't just tell them yo get off social media, replace this time with positive, enjoyable engagements.

Do you have a calm, cozy, welcoming home? What about time spent with them, crafts, outdoors, reading books together? Are you divorced, if so, are the kids caught in the middle, is it acrimonious?

What are you doing to help?

Interesting you said that. My 10 yr old grand dtr is having major anxiety issues due to multiple rapes over a 3 yr period by her dad's old roommate. Her dad would go outside to smoke and left her alone, that's when he did his thing. She hid it all this time until this past Jan when she told me.

I put her in karate last week and she is dealing with the anxiety much better. Plus, I want her to be confident and will be able to fight off any other a holes that come after her.

And the dude still has not been arrested, DA wants more evidence than the testimony of a 10 yr old. She said stuff that a 10 yr wouldn't know, even the cops are pissed they can't arrest him.
