It also predicts the possible internet shutdown and how its all computer controlled.

A classic. If you watch carefully, you can see it is a mesh of two separate days filming. Shaw was so plastered the first day he couldn’t get through it, but Spielberg liked the way he said a few lines and used them in the final cut. My grandfather was stationed on Tinian when Indianapolis docked. He told me this story before the movie came out, but it was nice to see it get recognized.

I know most of us aren't fans of Alec Baldwin these days, but he delivered probably one of the best monologues in cinematic history in Glengarry Glen Ross.
