Life After Suicide Attempt

My mother told me once when I was young to never try suicide because what ever your problems are they become way worse if you survive an attempted suicide and then she proceeded to give me several examples like yourself, it haunted me and I never gave it a thought or forgot her words

I read a story by someone who jumped off the golden gate Bridge. They hit a tree on the way down and messed up her back and spine real bad. Right after she jumped when she was in the air she thought, "why did I do this?"
