It says they never found the AirTag, so it is likely they were just picking up an AirTag close by, not unusual in a car park. There have been a number of other cases where people believe they are being tracked due to receiving the same message, but it has turned out to be just a notification of a nearby AirTag, but you do not get updated when the AirTag moves away.

Your locations, spending habits, preferences, ect. They then can taylor a portfolio to your name and sell you crap online. They know where you are at all times on property. I used to keep a gun on me when I stayed on disney property and slid our luggage next to the door just in case they came for our daughter in the middle of the night.
