Kinzinger is creating a pretext to attack Russia by making a false accusation. But Putin only has himself to blame. There are people in the Kremlin that wanted to help Clinton and the FBI frame Trump as a Russian agent. Putin thought he'd score brownie points with the west by helping smear Trump and the GOP.

It would appear that China is currently supplied by 1 pipeline and a 2nd pipeline will come online at some future date not specified (other than "soon").

The 2nd pipeline will then carry all excess gas from Russia and Russia might then take the earliest out clause in any supply agreements with NATO countries.

Not sure how long such a pipeline takes to build, but if China is participating in the construction, it will be way faster than if it was done in the West. How that might impact quality is anyone's guess, but I have seen them accomplish a huge 4 year plant construction project in 12 months. (it was a presentation at an energy conference. Everone in the conference gasped when they showed the schedule they followed.

This pipeline will connect to the Yamal Peninsula, which is their hub that supplies Europe.

You might be correct. Hard to say. The US of course keeps many new advanced weapons systems secret. They are not disclosed until they are used.

Personally, I believe the US has laser and possibly other energy weapons that will defend against hypersonic maneuvering missiles. Probably based in orbit, and possibly based on some ships. Such weapons would not care if the target is maneuvering or hypersonic as they are light speed weapons.

By the way, this nonsense about the US not having hypersonic missiles I think is a joke. We had the Sprint missile back in the 60's it maneuvered and was so fast it glowed like a light bulb. Videos of it are on Youtube.

I also believe we have these "tic tac" craft that move by distorting space/time/gravity. How they would be used I have no idea, but they seem to have demonstrated abilities that are so far beyond anything else the world has seen, they could be mistaken for alien flying saucers. (and maybe they are based on that).

But we are in a heck of a mess.

There has been public smear campaigns against Russia for at least the last 8 years, and sanctions applied for no reason proven publicly at least.

Putin has been pretty restrained so far given all the abuse he has endured, but I think he is to the point of using some nukes to get us off his back. If there is one thing I am pretty good at is assessing the other guy's point of view, his mental state, and likely next actions. (comes in handy in negotitations.) Our government seems to totally lack any finesse or capability in that area and will stumply ahead blindly until putin finally snaps and gives a launch order, in spite of his obvious religious foundation. He is in charge of defending the Russian people, and if pressed hard enough, he is going to nuke some cities off the map.

This illustrates the danger by the way, of a military that does not have a smooth continuum of power from conventional warfare to nuclear. There is a huge gap between the 2 for Russia. The West seems to have bet everything that Putin will not jump that gap to defend his country, which is a massive mistake that I fear will result in many millions of lives. In a conventional war with the US, Russia will lose, as Putin has readily admitted.

But if Putin transitions to Nukes, he has so many vectors of attack, he will likely succeed with at least parts of it.

Biden lacks the intellect to play poker with Putin, and so does all of his team put together.

The US is blundering into its destruction. IMHO.
And for proof, one only has to look ast the effect of the sanctions, which have cost the West many times more than Russia.
