The military has no say in The War according to Michael Hudson.



The money part is the collapse of the EU is being run by Janet Yellen. The World Bank will be the new US (Democrat) controlled central bank. The IMF will shift to lending development, energy and food credits to countries in the US military alliance.

The State Department is running the Russian war and it's job is to be able to claim a victory over Russia by the mid-terms and victory over China by 2024 election.
