The simple and most obvious answer is fuck no.

This is a decision based on law. When Roe vs Wade was passed in 1973 there was no precedence set therefore it was passed. Recently a few states have passed precedence so therefore they are now reviewing said ruling. After 50 years there is now case law and precedence set that requires SCOTUS to reevaluate and change said ruling.

If this is politically based why would the Republican Party basically shoot themselves in the foot when they had a cake walk to take back the House, Senate and more than likely the office of the President.
