Chief Justice John Roberts on Tuesday directed the marshal of the Supreme Court to launch an investigation into the source of a leaked draft opinion showing that a majority of justices were poised to overturn Roe v. Wade.
“This was a singular and egregious breach of that trust that is an affront to the Court and the community of public servants who work here,” Roberts said in a press release that verified the authenticity of the document published Monday evening by Politico.

First and foremost, you do realize that abortion will still be left up to individual state law right? So abortion will still be legal in many states.

Secondly, if abortion is MURDER, then we need to pass a law investigating every single miscarriage, from every woman, as a potential MURDER and TRY THOSE WOMEN FOR MURDER to see if they are guilty of intentional miscarriage or not.

If found GUILTY OF MURDER, these women should receive the same penalties any other MURDERER would receive and SENT TO PRISON FOR KILLING A BABY.

Murder is Murder and if that is the law of the land then women need to be held accountable. You can't have it both ways.
