There is no need to reverse it. Sperm can be retrieved with a fairly simple proceeder even after you've been snipped, or you freeze your sperm first, which is actually a great idea since you'd freeze it at around 16-20 years old when it's at it's best.

Women can also retrieve eggs young then get nipped or snipped and have children later.

It's not a bad idea at all. It should be voluntary, but it makes what is usually an accident into a choice.

Vasectomies are not always reversible there is a time limit for these things and no guarantee it will be successful.
