Mod Help? "Checking Your Browser" - Endless Loop - Can't Log In

When I try to Log In at home I get stuck on a page that says...
"Please wait - checking your browser"
After maybe 10 times of the page refreshing itself" I finally get to the CAPTCHA.
Once I complete that it goes right back to "Checking you browser" in a seemingly endless loop.
Is this a software glitch or something else?
