Mod Help? "Checking Your Browser" - Endless Loop - Can't Log In

When I try to Log In at home I get stuck on a page that says...
"Please wait - checking your browser"
After maybe 10 times of the page refreshing itself" I finally get to the CAPTCHA.
Once I complete that it goes right back to "Checking you browser" in a seemingly endless loop.
Is this a software glitch or something else?

Quoting: Servant-of-the-LORD Interesting, wouldn't let me post what I typed last time. It's a CF issue, it's having problems with certain ranges today - customer had the same issue on a different page. Not BLOCKING them, just can't process them through. It'll clear up - likely a range server needs rebooting.
