If not outright, it's at a minimum Complicity to; murder, manslaughter, crimes against humanity, etc. (but probably not treason as that's an act against the State by one with a duty to the State, this is being done against the people).

Lots of "Gross dereliction of Duty", "Reckless disregard for the safety of others, and "Gross negligence... resulting in the death of another" to go around too.

Suppose you were the largest Institutional investor of all three companies (Cough cough Vanguard-BlackRock) and you get to the foreseeable point where the "adverse events" can't be hidden any longer, so you need an escape goat to deflect blame onto to keep your booster (genocide?) train rolling?

J&J has a considerably larger commercial footprint beyond just pharma, so can take the hit, whereas the other two - not so much. J&J also gets the benefit of getting out in front of the full fall out.

The other two also require boosters to infinity - Mein Booster Führer.

Global planners scheme, plot, and forecast ad infinitum. This was foreseeable and thus planned in.
