The Government created a fake "inventory crisis" by keeping rates low and disallowing anyone from being evicted and foreclosed on, but Uncle Sam's pockets are officially empty now. In fact, in actuality, the number of single family homes PER CAPITA has risen over the last 5 years alone.

We're over 700K behind in foreclosures since pre-pandimic levels and there's a FUCK ton that are about to hit the market.
