Weed use suppresses dreams, so it is a good treatment for PTSD. Also, works to calm down the anxiety associated with this disorder.
Can be used for treatment of cancer. THC and CBD have both been shown to kill cancerous tissue in laboratory settings.
Those are the two that I have a medical card for.
