It’s strange, I remember an old Carlin skit talking about everyone caring a bottle of water with them at all times, so it’s nothing new. But I’ve noticed it a lot lately every time I go to Home Depot there’s always a couple people walking around with drinks. You can’t even walk into a store without a coffee or Gatorade?

All though it's been wet as fuck for weeks here the winds seem to have increased everywhere. Maybe that has an effect on people's hydration. Not saying it is but just a guess?

It could be artifical cloud seeding. They use some device to draw humidity from air. You have dry air and therefore more moisture from your body is drawn out.

We have had constant rain since the turn of the year also.

I have noticed the same. I’m constantly filling the water bowls for my animals and I’m feeling parched a lot more frequently as well. Something is definitely amiss.

Nutrients are mostly salts, salts help maintain hydration. When there's not enough nutrients in the food we eat and the water we drink is negatively charged to attract those nutrients in our bodies so they are flushed away when we pee. It's no surprise a lot of people are chronicly dehydrated.

I have to get out of bed usually around 4am to get a drink of water because My mouth and throat are so dry.. This is so strange because I sleep with a CPAP with Humidifier.

This been happening the last 2 months. I've been on My CPAP since 2004 and never had this issue.

I drink water all day long, 6-8 glasses a day with ice.

I should add coffee and alcohol add to the problem of dehydration.

=It doesn't help many bottled water manufacturers add stuff to their water that actually aids in dehydration.

I've been dehydrated quite a bit lately. Figured it was the drinking so I've decided to cut it out until my wedding in October.

Are you a heavy drinker? This only happens to me after I've have 6-8 alcoholic drinks on a given night. Should not happen to you otherwise. Unless you barely drink fluids during the day.

was just gonna say i woke up today so dehydrated, and just kinda out of it. i don't usually drink water in the morning but i felt strange and knew i needed to drink it. Usually in the summer i'll wake up like that, but its been 50 in the day and 30-40 at night so its been cold out.

Same here. Wake up with an abnormally dry mouth even though I drink the usual 2 glasses of water with trace minerals before bed and not mouth-breathing either because when I wake up my lips are essentially sealed shut!?
