i got some long covid people at work and they tell me it feels like their blood is simply not absorbing air anymore and thats why everything makes them tired and they feel like they cant breath (insert george meme)

I had to cut down on coffee.
I drank 10 cups a day.
Started to feel weird.
Dehydrated and constipated.
I did the oxy-clean colon flush, which forces you to drink water.
Well now I am drinking 2 cups of coffee in the morning.
I then drink 5 glasses of water during the day.
But I feel more dried out then ever.

My mom has been suffering from " dryness" in her mouth, eyes, and other parts since the beginning of this year. She's done everything, supplements, more water, compresses, special eyedropper, cutting coffee, drinking more, doctor with special treatments. Nothing is working, it's getting worse. She can't read books, go online and read news ( her passion ), or go outside for long because her eyes are painful. Its terrible and she is losing her passion for life.
