Good synopsis but 2 things you got wrong.
Mary DID NOT remain a Virgin, she and Joseph had many children together after Jesus left home
Secondly, Jesus was born of the immaculate conception AS WAS Mary
There were 2 immaculate births, 1 from Ana, Mary's mother and then Mary herself with Jesus
