The Bible’s answer

The Bible says that Mary, the mother of Jesus, had the unique privilege of giving birth to him while she was still a virgin. The Bible foretold this miracle in the book of Isaiah and reported its fulfillment in the Gospels of Matthew and Luke.

Did Mary remain a virgin?

The Bible does not teach that Mary was ever-virgin, or a perpetual virgin. Rather, it shows that Mary had other children.—Matthew 12:46; Mark 6:3; Luke 2:7; John 7:5.
Mary and Joseph with Jesus and his siblings

The Bible teaches that Jesus had a number of siblings

Again, the instructions that Jesus gave to his disciples provide us with an authoritative answer. “When praying, do not say the same things over and over again, just as the people of the nations do,” he said, “for they imagine they will get a hearing for their use of many words.” (Matthew 6:7) So Jesus specifically told his followers to avoid repeating set formulas in their prayers.

"Vain" repetitive... What about the "Our Father" should we not pray this prayer? It's repetitive, we pray it every day, thru ought the day...

Re: The Virgin Mary, was she really, what Does the Bible Say About Her?
Mary was chosen amongst several virgins who lined up, she lived in a religious environment type school for girls on a very strict alkaline, non acidic diet. The purpose of the Virgin birth was to prevent the devil interference like he did with Eve. Mary is an evolved version of Eve and of the same Archetype.
At the age of 12 Jesus left home to go to Egypt to study alchemy with high priests. This is where he learned to turn water into wine and other "miracles." Mary knew he learned this art which is why she asked him to help out at the wedding. Jesus said. "WOMAN, I cannot refuse you. " this is why all prayers for miracles goes through Mary for she will never be refused. Joseph and Mary went on to have many more children after Jesus left so yes he had many siblings. The birth was a success and eventually all the books and secrets on alchemy and science were burned never to be brought to surface again, except maybe Merlin but he and Morgaine were treated like witches and eventually pagan worship was outlawed. Morgaine was another evolved version of Eve and Mary and she gave birth to King Arthur through a pagan ritual

 Quoting: DGN

How could a virgin birth happen?

Why not? With God, ALL things are possible.

What was the purpose of the virgin birth?

The purpose was so that the Savior would be incarnate in an immaculate vessel, I.e., the Womb of the Virgin Mary.

Did Mary remain a virgin?
Yes

Was Jesus’ virgin birth the “Immaculate Conception”?

No. Mary was/is the Immaculate Conception; that is, she was sinless from the moment of her Conception in the womb of her mother, Anna. This singular grace was conferred upon Her by God because she was to become the Mother of the Redeemer.

How should we view Mary?

Mary is our Heavenly Mother, and the greatest intercessor with Her Son, Jesus. She is a model of womanhood and motherhood. Our Lord wishes that we love and honor Her as He did.

Saint Joseph was also a perpetual virgin. According to tradition, He had no plans to marry at all, until it was revealed to Him that God willed his marriage to Mary, so that He would protect Jesus and Mary and provide a Family in which Jesus would be raised. He had no other wives.

Jesus had no brothers or sisters. There is no specific term for biological siblings in Aramaic, so the term “brothers and sisters” refers to close male and female relatives, probably cousins in this case.

Good synopsis but 2 things you got wrong.
Mary DID NOT remain a Virgin, she and Joseph had many children together after Jesus left home
Secondly, Jesus was born of the immaculate conception AS WAS Mary
There were 2 immaculate births, 1 from Ana, Mary's mother and then Mary herself with Jesus

How is it you know that Mary and Joseph did not remain virgins? You are thinking carnally, as men think, but there was no need or reason for Mary and Joseph to touch each other that way.
Tradition holds that Joseph died in the arms of Our Lord and Our Lady before Jesus began His ministry, as there is no biblical mention of him during and after that time. That is why he is the patron saint of a happy death.
Yes, both Our Lord and Our Lady were conceived without sin, but it is Mary has the title “Immaculate Conception”.
