it does that unless agents are in the vial to prevent clotting. OK and it will not draw thru the needle if already clotted which would mean the patients was half dead already.
Those who support all this clotting crap are extremely ignorant.
Quoting: Mother Maggie In Phlebotomy. You can easily see if someone ate burgers the night before in their blood. It was thicker and cloudier looking than someone who ate vegetables and a leaner meat. Really! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80667743 Not so much in a blood draw to vial. Plasmapheresis, the process of donating plasma yes. Red plasma is a sign of higher meat consumption - animal fat content. Also the filter is an indicator. Dehydration can make the blood thicker. In fact most Americans are chronically dehydrated. Bad for cells. It can make your heart work harder increasing blood pressure. Quoting: Humanitarianlike Sorry, but the professional phlebotomists I worked with for many years could tell differences in drawing tubes of blood. Perhaps you have to do it for a while to gain enough experience to be able to tell?
