In Phlebotomy. You can easily see if someone ate burgers the night before in their blood. It was thicker and cloudier looking than someone who ate vegetables and a leaner meat. Really!

Perhaps you have to do it for a while to gain enough experience to be able to tell? There could be very subtle differences to an experienced eye. However the job of the phleeb is to draw the blood not analyze it. I maintain that the most common difference is due to dehydration as it lowers the bodies blood volume and while it doesn't affect color it can lead to clotting which seems to be a major concern here. 75% of Americans are seriously dehydrated.. probably more from all the heat Lol No problem. I'm sure you'll eventually pick up on it.
