Can Major Cities Survive after only ONE looting riot?

Can today's supply chain "restock" a major city after being looted as happened in the 2020 summer riots in America?

From the current status of the world's supply chain, getting food and every other thing that's looted during a riot would be extremely difficult if not impossible should the looting extend to rail cars and semi-trucks, as happened in 2020 also.

I cannot imagine hundreds of thousands of people packed inside a food desert.

It's all you can eat doom these days.
